Shipping Information

Our shipping costs are dependent on the size of your order, the amount will depend on the distance to be shipped and size/weight of products purchased. We will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship Monday – Friday during business hours.  Deliveries are not made on weekends.   You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

• Once the order has been completed it is sent on an overnight courier when possible.
• Delivery to rural RD addresses may take a minimum of 2 days
• Deliveries to the South Island that are too large for an overnight satchel will take at least 2-3 days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Additional shipping fees may apply if urgent deliveries are required.

• Shipping is set at a standard rate of $12.75 excl in Auckland per order for urban delivery.
• Rural Shipping in Auckland will be charged at a flat rate of $17.00 excl GST
• For the rest of New Zealand, and Australia and Oceania, please enquire at sales@supplyworld.co.nz and we will give you a quote for your order.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to anywhere in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. As most of our products are large we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Supply World offers Click and Collect from various locations across Auckland for your convenience. We have three locations that are available for you to collect your order from.

You will receive an email notification when your online order is ready to be picked up at your chosen location. We aim to have your order ready at your chosen location within 1-2 days. To avoid disappointment please do not arrive to pickup without receiving your conformation email.
